My son recently had his birthday with friends here (great deal on weekday and Sunday). The food they served with the birthday was so delicious and brought in my own cake. Everyone was helpful and great with the kids.

Tonight’s team was absolutely AMAZING. We brought our two kids in to celebrate their kindergarten and pre school graduation. When they walked in with their little caps and gowns on, the main event crew was cheering, whistling, clapping, and giving high fives to my kids! They helped make my kids see the importance of school and working hard! When we finished paying and walked towards the arcade they had all of the staff, and guests lined up as a tunnel for my babies to run through! It was the most amazing, heartwarming experience ever. I could feel how proud and special my kids felt. What a perfect night. Thank you so much to every employee working tonight. You really are great people! We cannot wait to come back!

my experience was great went with a group of 5 and Gail was my server, she was so nice and friendly came check on us mutiple time make sure everything are good.

Our server was Gail and she was amazing! She was so nice and made she we had everything we needed. She checked up on us a lot and was very fast bringing out the food. I hope we get her as our server next time!

My family and I went to Main Event on Saturday and had a few hiccups with the staff and our food wait times. I'm definitely not one to complain and this isn't a complaint. I know things happen and staff can get overwhelmed just like us. The food is normally great and their servers are always nice. We expressed our concerns to Rocky and she completely made a difference in how we felt. She was empathetic and very kind. I see that they do care and really listen to feedback. She was apologetic and offered to make things right, no excuses from her just a great display of empathy and excellent customer service. I will definitely bring the family back and continue our work functions here.

If you’re looking for a great spot for food and fun, Main Event is the place to be! Their menu has something for everyone, and the food is top-notch. I particularly loved their pizzas and wings – perfect for sharing while you play. Speaking of games, the variety is fantastic! From bowling and laser tag to a wide selection of arcade games, there’s never a dull moment. Our server Gail is super friendly and always ready to help. Whether you’re planning a family outing or a night out with friends, Main Event has you covered. Highly recommend checking it out!

Shout out to Rocky ! I needed some help to buy a game card and there is a lady who works there named " Rocky" and she was super professional !! Very nice to me and she helped me and my daughter with lots of things. I plan to go back there soon. Thanks again Rocky for your excellent customer service !
